After a surge of repricing activity in 2Q24, the market slowed amid limited summer calendar, but borrowers have returned to tap lenders for US$7.3bn in repricing activity in September along (nearly US$2bn of this total has already closed). Getting off to a strong start this week, Kito Crosby, ION Analytics and ECI have all announced repricing loans.
